Local Focus, Global Team.
We assembled a world class team to ensure that no matter how large or small the program, its website is beautiful, functional, professional and on-brand.
DevNext
We chose DevNext as our Software Development partner because they have a long track record of delivering for The Salvation Army. They are incredibly adept with the back end processes of our existing systems. We had a very strong vision for the project so we needed a partner that was willing to collaboarate closely with our team. Their very agile development team has been awesome to work with.
Their design and user experience staff handled all of the Web Manager redesigns as well as the redesign of all local sites. Their front end development team transformed those designs into code that renders beautifully on any device. Their full stack team managed all the integrations and functionality as well as worked directly with IHQ to ensure the code would work for anyone who wanted to implement this within their territory. The Richards Group
We chose The Richards Group as our primary design partner because no one does it better. We were so fortunate that TRG caught the vision of this project from our earliest discussions. They have been constant champions and their award-winning team has not only elevated the overall concept of the project, but also invested in our team's internal core competency on design and user experience.
This team handled brand management, information architecture, navigation and visual design for the Symphony Master Site. They also facilitated user testing interviews with live donors and clients to ensure that our concepts were on track. Their creative team defined the overall look and feel of the project including style guides and componentized assets. (Click here to learn more about The Richards Group.)
Internal Resources
No project could be successful without skilled internal teams supporting and developing the work. When we first began this project we pitched it to every department running the implications by each of them in separate discovery sessions. We had help and guidance from Human Resources, Social Services, Public Relations, SAVN.TV, Caring Magazine, Information Technology, International Headquarters, Development, and Divisional CRD staff. Below are the internal teams who are completing core components of the project.
CRD
- Project leadership
- Concepting
- Wire framing
- Copywriting, local sites
IHQ
- Review and approval of WebManager 4 development
- Back-end server and hosting management
