No matter how you learn, we have learning content for you. Live trainings will be hosted at multiple times as well as self-paced video training for staffers who like to learn on the go.

Each department will receive custom training so they can understand not only how Symphony works, but also how their day to day software integrates.

• Volunteers will be trained on how volunteer opportunities are shown in Symphony.  
• Social Services staff will be trained on how social services data is shown to the public.
• Community Relations and Development Staff will be cross-trained on all functionality so they can effectively support the field.
• Local Staff, Corps Officers and/or their delegates will be cross-trained on all functionality.
